Tatenhill and Rangemore Parish Council to strengthen community cohesion and mark civic pride has introduced a flag pole on the open green space by Tatenhill Memorial & Thanksgiving Hall.

Beacon Lighting 2nd June 2022
2nd June: Your nearest Beacon is to be lit on top of Battlestead Hill; being visible across the valley. Gathering at 9:30pm for a 9:45pm lighting as part of the lighting of the beacons throughout the Commonwealth.
National forest walking festival has commenced
We launched the National forest walking festival by being one of the 1st walks of the festival. Helena Pointer and Allie Dickins ran the walk from Rangemore Playing Fields on a 5 mile circular walk through a variety of habitats to Yoxall Park and back again.
